Empowerment is a methodology that fosters the growth process of the individual and the group by increasing self-esteem, self-efficacy and self-determination by bringing out latent and unused resources. Our methodology is based on a motivational approach that, starting from the awareness that limitations and the environment allow, leads the individual or group to an awareness of their potential and its application in the organizational context.
From Stress Management to Flow and Peak Performance
The umbalance between the stresses received and the resources available in today's ultra-competitive environment of rapidly changing scenarios and technologies easily results in stress and burn-out situations. But how to respond and defend against this? Flow and its balancing of goals and resources is the answer we propose to cope with stress and to improve the approach to everyday work.
Problem Solving and Creativity
Where does creativity fit into the problem solving process? There is a big difference between creative process and problem solving. The creative process is about coming up with new ideas and exploring different possibilities. Problem solving, on the other hand, is about finding a solution to a specific problem, ranging from defining the problem, to identifying, evaluating and choosing among possible solutions, and finally putting it into practice.
