Communication and Group Dynamics
Group dynamics describe the relationships, attitudes and behaviors within a group of people. Communication between two or more people, in its various forms, is the means by which these interactions develop. The context determines their style, roles and hierarchies. Our methodology and experience enables us to analyze these dynamics from a constructive perspective.
Conflict Management and Negotiation
Negotiation helps manage conflict and protect relationships. A manager, but not only, must have the ability to mediate between different positions that still protect the corporate interest. We propose techniques and tools that help develop and refine the skills required by this skill.
Team Building
The group is more than the sum of its members. For a company to hire qualified resources is essential but not sufficient. Identification with the company's values, mission and brand is realized through actions and behaviors that foster team spirit and involvement. Speaking to an audience of dozens of people, effectively presenting a project to top management, convincing the speaker or a small group of customers of the effectiveness of our product is an activity that can create anxiety and in which not everyone feels comfortable. However, the corporate role held sometimes requires this activity, and often it cannot be delegated. How do we overcome and mitigate these issues?
