I have worked first as an employee in the Human Department of ST (SGS-THOMSON Microelectronics) , then as a consultant for 20 years for Companies of different sectors, Military Forces and Financial Organizations. My major areas of interventions are Training, Recruitment, Coaching, Climate and Skill assessment and Business Organization and Management.
